Where is the Jadawel cloud service hosted?
Jadawel hosts the cloud service in data centres inside Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh. Nothing is processed or replicated outside the Kingdom, including attachments and backups.
Is an on-premises deployment inside our organisation available?
Yes, under the Enterprise plan. The Jadawel team installs the platform inside your organisation’s data centre and verifies its readiness, while you retain full control of the servers and data. Technical requirements and delivery timelines are set out in the security and compliance brief.
How is data migrated from Excel or an existing platform?
Arabic .xlsx and .csv files import with the correct encoding, right-to-left headers and automatically inferred field types, and an entire Airtable base imports in a single step. For large-scale migrations, arrangements can be agreed with the Jadawel team in advance.
Does the platform work in English as well as Arabic?
Yes. The interface switches between Arabic (right to left) and English (left to right) per user, alongside eight other languages, over the same data and with no second copy.
What does the trial phase mean for production use?
The platform runs on production infrastructure with daily backups; the trial phase means usage is free and new capabilities are still being added. For business-critical work we recommend agreeing the scope of operation and the support arrangements with us before full adoption.
What subscription and contracting options are available?
