Terms of Service

Jadawel (جداول) is an Arabic-first, no-code cloud platform for building databases and managing work and collaboration, used at app.jadawl.site. These terms govern your use of the marketing site jadawl.site and of the service reachable through it.

When using the site or the service, you agree to:

• Comply with the laws of Saudi Arabia and any other laws that apply to your use of the service.
• Not attempt to breach or disrupt the service, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or to other users' data.
• Not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
• Not misuse the contact form or attempt to send unsolicited messages through it.

You are responsible for keeping your Jadawel app account credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account or contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, or that is used in a way that threatens the integrity of the service or of other users.

The Jadawel service incorporates certain third-party software components that remain governed by their original licenses, which stay in force unchanged. The service itself is a proprietary product of the Jadawel team and is not open-source software.

The Jadawel name, logo, trademark, and the site's visual identity remain our exclusive property, and may not be used without our prior written permission.

Your data and any content you create inside the Jadawel app remain solely yours; we claim no ownership over it.

We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects the availability of the site or the service. The service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Saudi Arabia, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the service.

These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to them.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Any material change is published on this page along with an updated "last updated" date above, and continuing to use the site or the service after a change is published constitutes acceptance of it.
